Shape the Future of Privacy
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
About the role
About the RoleRevenue Operations is the horizontal backbone behind Usercentrics’ three go-to-market motions — Self Serve, Sales Led, and Partner Led. As we scale, our Salesforce ecosystem and wider GTM tech stack need a single owner who can turn ambitious business requirements into governed, scalable systems. As Manager, GTM Systems & Innovation, you’ll lead a team spanning Salesforce administration and GTM engineering, and you’ll be the one deciding how AI-native automation gets built into our GTM workflows. You’ll partner closely with other Revenue Operations teams, the broader GTM organization, and stakeholders across Finance and Product to translate business requirements into efficient, reliable systems.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities> Own CRM architecture and governance end-to-end, ensuring Salesforce supports Self Serve, Sales Led, and Partner Led without compromising on data integrity.
Set the roadmap and standards for the wider GTM tech stack, tying every major investment to a clear business outcome - pipeline quality, forecasting reliability, or support efficiency - not just tool delivery.
Lead and grow a small team spanning Salesforce administration, Salesforce architecture, and GTM engineering, keeping the team focused on high-impact initiatives tied to clear business outcomes, and acting as the final technical decision-maker on system changes.
Drive AI-native workflows and automation across GTM - from propensity and churn scoring models to workflow automation - that reduce manual work, increase seller and CS productivity, and improve the customer experience.
Own attribution and data hygiene practices, partnering closely with BI on the underlying data infrastructure and pipeline.
Drive adoption and value realization of the systems you build, partnering with GTM Enablement to make sure new capabilities actually change day-to-day behavior, not just go live.
Continuously evaluate GTM tooling and market trends, bringing investment recommendations to the VP of Revenue Operations based on expected business impact and ROI.
