About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Java-based software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding of Java development, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex government environments.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based applications in compliance with public sector standards and regulations.
•
Manage cross-functional Agile development teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers.
•
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans, ensuring alignment with government project objectives and compliance frameworks.
•
Implement Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
•
Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initiation to deployment and maintenance.
•
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
•
Prepare regular project reports, status updates, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
•
Build strong relationships with government clients, ensuring transparency, trust, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Ensure all documentation, audit trails, and deliverables adhere to public sector governance requirements
Requirements
Must-Have:
•
