About the role
Daikin Applied is seeking a driven and detail-orientedBusiness Analyst - Digital MES & Mfg Systemsto join our team. This position will work directly with business leaders, business users, and Digital teammates to plan, define, design, specify, test, train, implement, and support order management related business processes and systems. The position requires an in-depth understanding and experience implementing, modifying, and supporting MES systems. What you will do:
•
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
•
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a productive and positive manner by bringing the appropriate stakeholders together to gain clarity and consensus for next steps is required
•
Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, materials, and engineering, to ensure alignment of goals and data-driven decision-making
•
Investigate issues with manufacturing applications, conducting root cause analysis and aligning resources to correct the issues
•

Minimum Qualifications:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 - $120,700 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
