Requirements
Candidates should have experience representing sponsors of alternative investment funds and with the taxation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures. A strong candidate will also have experience with international transactions. 4 to 6 years of law firm experience is ideal (class years 2020- 2022 preferred). Candidates must be self-starters and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills. This position is available for our New York office.

Benefits
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $310,000 and $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
