Requirements
•
Education: Diploma in Biology, Agriculture, or Environmental Health, Operations Management is highly preferred for supervisory roles.
•
Driver’s License: A valid Jamaican Driver’s License with a clean traffic record is essential for overseeing mobile service teams. The ability to drive stick shift (manual) is a plus.
•
Technical Field Work: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Jamaican pest control industry or similar role is a plus.
•
Leadership Experience: At least 1–2 years in leadership / supervisor role such as a “Lead Technician” or "Junior Supervisor position is a plus.
