In the Manager, Health, Safety & Environment Manager (Professional Path) role, you will oversee the Site Health, Safety & Environment Management System, ensuring goals are met through self-directed work and effective oversight. You will create and implement comprehensive health, safety and environmental programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents. Additionally, you will inspect workplace and HSE incidents in accordance with company procedures, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You will identify areas for improvement, develop and manage training plans for environmental and employee health and safety, and maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the organization’s HSE performance. Your role will impact to the Site Health, Safety & Environment performance and success, requiring Health, Safety & Environment management, advanced problem-solving, effective communication, and industry-specific knowledge. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
