Job Description Summary
Join GE HealthCare’s Corporate FP&A Markets Intelligence team and partner with global stakeholders to turn market and competitor data into actionable insights. You will report into Global Markets Intelligence leader at Corporate and will lead analytics, research, KPIs reporting, data management and visualization, process improvement, and AI adoption. Success requires strong analytical and financial skills, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Oracle.
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage their FP&A experience and learn and apply on markets analytics and connect with company’s strategy. This role will be based out of GEHC Bangalore’s office in India, co-located with wider Finance teams. You will report into Markets Intelligence leader at Corporate and will lead analytics, research, KPIs reporting, data management and visualization, process improvement, and AI adoption for the corporate Markets teams. Success requires strong analytical and financial skills, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Oracle.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
•
Own the end-to-end quarterly market-actuals reporting process, compare against the forecast and calculate the changes.
•
Partner with segments, regions, and external stakeholders (like trade associations etc) to coordinate the markets data, while ensuring data integrity and accurate warehousing in Oracle.
•
Develop senior-leadership presentations that explain market trends, key drivers, and emerging shifts.
•
Work with different teams on understanding markets forecasting processes and contributing for planning cycles.
•
Design, build, and implement Power BI solutions for data consolidation and analytics.
•
Collaborate across teams to solve issues, build strong customer relationships, and communicate technical information clearly.
•
Build AI fluency and implement for routine work to improve speed, accuracy and generate insights for timely decision making
•
Adopt and implement Heartbeat principles to execute on functional strategy, use lean principles, and improve and maintain standard work and documentation.
•
Work independently using sound judgment and escalating issues to People Leader outside defined parameters.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
