Job Summary:
Renmoney is hiring a Field Recovery Officer to manage and recover overdue accounts through field operations and customer engagement. The role involves executing recovery strategies, negotiating realistic repayment plans, and advising on process
improvements, all while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage defaulting customers and recover overdue debts.

Negotiate and monitor repayment plans based on financial assessments.

Requirements
