Led by Partner Griffith Hayes, our Nevada team handles a diverse civil defense practice that includes high-exposure premises liability, bodily injury, hospitality and casino matters, auto liability, dealership-related litigation, and broader general liability matters.
We’re looking for experienced litigators who can independently manage sophisticated matters, communicate confidently with clients and carriers, and take ownership of cases from strategy through resolution or trial.
