About the role
Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Associate - Kemper to join their Cincinnati team. This position is in the Production department and reports to the Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.
As a Production Associate, you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards. In this role, you will:

Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
•
Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
•
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
•
Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
•
Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
•
Support equipment checks and report any issues.
•
Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
•
Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
