Team Leadership:

•Lead and manage a team of testing and commissioning engineers and technicians.

•Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project completion.

Strategy Development:

•Develop and implement effective testing and commissioning strategies tailored to the projects.

•Coordinate closely with the SE Asia Testing & Commissioning Director to align regional strategies with local execution.

Project Oversight:

•Oversee the testing and commissioning process for all data centre projects in country.

•Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Protocol Development and Enforcement:

•Develop rigorous testing and commissioning protocols specific to the country’s operations.

•Ensure adherence to these protocols and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

•Review and approve test plans, reports, and commissioning documentation.

Client collaboration:

•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the testing and commissioning phase.

•Resolve any complex technical issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
