Role Description
•
Involved in setting budgets including continous follow up
•
Maintain relations with tenants and operating technical partners
•
Involved in Broadgates ESG initiatives
•
Perform market research for leasing, investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units
•
Performing cost analysis
•
Follow up on mandatory requirements
•
Drafting and signing of lease agreements
•
Involved in property development projects
