About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing.
How You’ll Contribute:

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
•
Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
•
Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
•
Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
•
Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
•
Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
•
Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
What You Bring To Xometry:

Benefits
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $103,000-$134,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
