About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team.
In this role, you will combine strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes. You will work closely with a development team, ensure effective day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to make the way we work more efficient and structured.
What you’ll do
•
Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions.
•
Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility.
•
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
•
Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working.
•
Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
•
Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team.
•
Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes.
•
Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes.
What we’re looking for
