About the role
JASARA PMC is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire contract management process, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that contract terms support the operational goals of the organization. You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing all project contracts, with a keen focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Your expertise in contract law and experience in construction contracts will be vital as you review and analyze contracts, prepare reports, and provide guidance to project managers. You will play a critical role in resolving any contractual disputes and monitoring contract performance. As a key member of our team, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of JASARA’s projects.
