About the role
The Village at Rockville is seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Maintenance Generalist to help create a safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained environment for the residents who call our community home. Pay Range
$29.50 – $37.00/hour

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Generalist, you’ll help ensure our community remains safe, functional, and inviting by:
•
Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community
•
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
•
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and team members
•
Completing work orders accurately and efficiently
•
Conducting inspections and identifying maintenance concerns before they become larger issues
•
Assisting with apartment turnovers and community renovations
•
Maintaining grounds, equipment, and common areas to the highest standards
•
Following all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
•
Supporting emergency response and on-call maintenance needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
