Senior DevOps Engineer II | Lead Engineer

Responsibilities
What you’ll do for us
● Design and implement deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible,
Puppet, or similar to automate building, testing, and deployment processes
● Manage and maintain the infrastructure for deployment pipelines, including servers,
databases, load balancers, and other resources
● Monitor the performance of applications deployed in production environments and
troubleshoot any issues that arise
● Ensure the security and compliance of the deployment process and applications,
including implementing security measures such as SSL certificates, firewalls, and
intrusion detection systems
● Collaborate with developers to understand requirements, ensure alignment with the
development process, and support successful deployment
● Continuously improve deployment processes through automation, identifying and
implementing opportunities for efficiency gains
● Provide support to customers and end-users as needed, including troubleshooting and
resolving issues related to deployed applications
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely deployment of
software applications
● Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our platform
● Have the ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones
Requirements
What you’ll have
● 5+ years of experience in a deployment role Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management OR 7+
years of experience in a deployment role with a Bachelor’s degree.
● Certification in any of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP or K8
● Experience deploying and maintaining applications in any one of the clouds (AWS, Azure, or
GCP)
● Experience with cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
● Experience with Dockers or similar and experience with Kubernetes or similar

Benefits
This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $135,834-$186,773. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.
