What You Can Expect:
•
Manage Ocean Freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely execution from booking to final delivery
•
Coordinate with customers, carriers, transport providers and internal teams throughout the shipment process
•
Prepare and manage transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
•
Provide proactive customer updates and ensure a high level of customer service
•
Monitor shipment milestones and quickly resolve delays, operational issues and exceptions
•
Support claim handling and issue resolution when required
•
Ensure accurate shipment and file information in our systems and support the invoicing and file-closing process
•
Collaborate with Pricing, Booking and Sales teams to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience
What You Bring:

10-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on individual performance and business needs.
