Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations):

Understand customer application needs and recommend the best product configuration.
•
Act as a trusted advisor and provide solution consultation.
•
Engage with existing and potential customers to identify needs and propose solutions.
•
Support qualification testing of new products.
•
Record customer issues and document resolutions.
•

•

Academic qualification:
•
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Optics, or a related technical field.

Master’s Degree (M.S.) or Ph.D. preferred.
Experience (exposure):
•
5+ years of experience in Applications Engineering.
•
Strong experience in spectroscopy, customer application support, and solution consulting.
•
Experience in product qualification, technical training, and customer engagement.
•
Exposure to cross functional collaboration with Sales and R&D teams.
