Mechanical Assembly & Installation
•
Perform precise fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and modules according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
•
Ensure proper alignment, fitting tolerances, and smooth operation of assembled units.
•
Install and integrate mechanical systems in accordance with project and quality requirements.
Equipment & Tool Handling
•
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.
•
Handle jigs, fixtures, and other assembly tools with care to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.
•
Support machine setup or alignment work as required.
Quality & Inspection
•
Conduct visual and dimensional inspection on assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
•
Report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the supervisor or quality department promptly.
•
Ensure all assembly work meets Frencken’s quality and cleanliness standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
•

Identify mechanical faults during assembly and assist in troubleshooting to ensure smooth production flow.
Documentation & Process Compliance
•
