Responsibilities
•
Deliver premium concierge services to VIP patients and ensure an exceptional patient experience
•
Manage patient appointments, registration, reception, billing, and general administrative duties
•
Handle patient enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
•
Ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive patient journey throughout the clinic visit
•
Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and clinical procedures
•
Dispense medications accurately according to doctors’ instructions
•
Promote and support patient adoption of the QHMS mobile app and digital healthcare services
•
Educate patients on healthcare services and facilitate referrals where appropriate
•
Support daily clinic operations, including inventory control and medical supply management
•
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
•
Perform blood taking procedures where qualified and authorized
•
Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications, Training and Experience
•
HKDSE / HKCEE or above
