Urbana Materials is looking for a Sand & Gravel Plant Operator to help run and maintain aggregate production equipment at one of our high-output facilities. You’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining crushing, screening, and washing equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of sand and gravel used in construction projects across the region.

Aggregate Sand & Gravel Plant Operator Responsibilities:
Plant Operations & Monitoring:
Operate and monitor processing equipment including crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and wash plants.
Desired Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or GED preferred.
•
1–3 years of experience in aggregate production or plant operations.
•
Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
•
