About the role
As a Senior Project Director (PPP), you will play a leading role in shaping and delivering major public-private partnership initiatives. The position is focused on guiding complex projects across the full lifecycle, helping to secure new opportunities, and providing senior leadership across critical client and market-facing engagements. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and partnership, helping align diverse stakeholders around successful outcomes on high-value infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities

Drive strategic decision-making and issue resolution across high-value PPP initiatives.
•
Lead PPP projects from pursuit through delivery.
•
Support winning PPP projects through market-facing leadership.
•
Serve as Market Lead for PPP projects.
•
Oversee PPP project delivery across key phases.
Requirements
•
Degree in engineering or a related field.
•
20+ years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery, with a strong track record of winning PPP bids.
•
Leadership in program management and risk oversight, including experience with PPP bid governance.
•
Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage senior stakeholders across public and private sector partners.
•
