Key Responsibilities
•
Provide exemplary customer support via live chat, email, and phone to our Slovakian-speaking clientele.
•
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and handle complaints efficiently and courteously.
•
Guide customers through our platform and services, enhancing their overall experience.
•
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
•
Accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
•
Continuously improve your knowledge of our products through ongoing training and workshops.
Requirements
•
Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
•
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
•
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
•
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
•
A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a valuable advantage.
