As a Staff Product Manager at OpenLoop Health, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic influence across the Product & Services organization. This role sits at the center of our Patient CRM and Patient 360 teams, the context engine for OpenLoop’s existing patient base.
As Launchpad accelerates new customer onboarding, Patient CRM is the product surface that ensures those patients stay engaged, supported, and progressing through their care journey.
This is a data-rich, AI-forward product role. You’ll define how patient history, support workflows, and care-journey signals are structured and surfaced to power AI-first capabilities: follow-up prioritization, winback flows, proactive support, and care-journey recommendations.
This role is ideal for a product leader who cares deeply about patient outcomes, thrives in ambiguous data-rich environments, and understands that durable AI products are built on the quality of the information underneath them.
