Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and product-minded Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our cloud-based, web-first data security products. This role requires proximity to Pune, India.
Responsibilities
•
Collaborate with Product Management and UX to analyze and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
•
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features within an Agile framework, from React front-end components to Node.js services and APIs, emphasizing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
•
Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, including reusable component libraries, micro-frontends, and service boundaries.
•
Partner with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software, and champion a shift-left approach to testing.
•
Continuously improve and refactor existing codebases, optimizing performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability while adhering to coding best practices.
•
Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
•
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction and product reliability.
•
Contribute to project documentation, sharing insights and best practices to support the ongoing development and maintenance processes.
•
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively participating in knowledge-sharing activities such as code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions.
Required Experience
•
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, including significant full stack experience.
•
Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component design) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
