We are looking for Norwegian speakers who want to relocate to Greece and join an international customer support team working with Canon, one of the world’s best-known names in cameras, printers and imaging technology.
You’ll work remotely from your home in Greece, receive full product training and build valuable experience in both customer service and technical support.

Your Role with the Canon Support Team 📸
You’ll help Norwegian-speaking Canon customers with questions about products such as cameras, printers and other imaging technology.
Your responsibilities include:

Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
•
Answering questions about Canon products and services
•
Troubleshooting technical issues
•
Guiding customers towards the right solution
•
Managing customer cases from question to resolution
Nice to have
No need to be a Canon expert already – you’ll receive full product and technical training.
Along the way, you’ll build practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology – useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.
Requirements
You:

Speak Norwegian fluently
•
Have a good level of English
•
Enjoy technology and problem-solving
•
Communicate clearly and patiently
•
Are comfortable learning new systems
•
Are ready to live and work in Greece 🇬🇷
