*** This role will be based in Shenzhen, instead of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities

Responsible for user acquisition and advertising for Moomoo (Futu’s overseas version), with expertise in ad placement and optimization across major platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok (APP/WEB campaigns);
•
Able to develop targeted advertising strategies based on brand positioning, product selling points, audience profiles, and channel characteristics;
•
Data-driven, with the ability to track real-time advertising account data, make quick judgments, and adjust optimization strategies in a timely manner;
•
Skilled in A/B testing, continuously iterating on ad strategies and deriving meaningful insights to guide future business decisions;
•
Keeps up with overseas trends and understands the psychology of target user groups, with a solid sense of marketing.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
•
3+ years of experience in growth marketing and paid advertising, with hands-on experience operating and optimizing ad platforms;
•
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, with high data sensitivity and analytical capabilities;
•
Experience in cross-team collaboration, systematically identifying issues and driving teams to resolve them;
•
Excellent English communication skills preferred;
•
Background in finance or related fields is a plus; candidates with personal investment experience are also preferred.
