Join ERM’s APAC Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Specialist supporting recruitment across Japan and the wider APAC region. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and offer closing. Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Advisors, and regional TA colleagues, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting ERM’s continued growth across Asia.

As a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will directly influence ERM’s ability to attract and retain exceptional talent across multiple countries and business lines. Your work will help build high-performing teams that support some of the world’s leading organizations in sustainability, environmental consulting, health & safety, energy transition, and infrastructure development.
This role provides the opportunity to partner with senior leaders across Asia, contribute to regional HR initiatives, and drive recruitment strategies that support ERM’s long-term business objectives.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and professional positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
By building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, you will help identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and secure diverse candidate pipelines. You will also contribute to regional talent acquisition projects, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes across APAC.
