The Provider Recruitment Sourcing Speciality is a strategic, results-driven specialist within the Provider Services department, serving as a proactive engine of the clinician talent pipeline. This role is focused on the front-end of the recruitment lifecycle: identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive physician and advanced practice provider (APP) candidates.
The Sourcer specializes in deep-dive market research, advanced digital sourcing methodologies, cold outreach, and relationship and candidate pipeline building. The primary objective of this role is to uncover top-tier clinical talent across various industry-standard channels, cultivate initial interest, and deliver highly qualified, warm leads to the Provider Recruiter. This role partners closely with medical leadership and Senior Provider Recruiter to understand clinical profiles and build robust talent benches to secure the health system’s short- and long-term provider capacity.
This role can also be based in Renton, Washington or Remote.
