1. Module Configuration & Setup
•
Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.

2. Data Migration & Reporting
•
Lead financial data migration activities using the Data Management Framework (DIXF), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and successful migration from legacy systems to D365.
•
Design, develop, and maintain financial reports using Financial Reporting (Management Reporter) and Power BI.
•
Define reporting requirements and oversee the development of SSRS reports for business documents, including invoices, packing slips, and other financial documents.
•
Validate migrated financial data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial modules.
3. Business Analysis & Testing
•
Lead Fit-Gap Analysis workshops to evaluate business requirements against standard D365 functionality and recommend appropriate solutions.
•
Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for customizations, integrations, and extensions, working closely with technical development teams.
•
Lead and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology, with a strong preference for candidates with an accounting or finance background.
•
Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
•
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with prior exposure to other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle considered an advantage.
•
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for project management, tracking, documentation, and issue management.
•
In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP implementation methodologies.
•
