About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, Tailors are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for delivering a best-in-class Tailoring experience and excellent product for all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, and Tailor Shop operations.

You’ll support the leadership team to success:
•
Executes and is responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed ap pearance altering processes.)
•
Exemplifies and possesses strong customer service skills to elevate our clients’ experience.
•
Resolve tailor-related consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
•
Educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.
•
May support with training Tailors within district and/or region on Tailor processes and Levi’s Tailoring standards.
•
Comply with all Levi’s® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management
•
Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer’s needs consistent with Levi’s® service approach.
•
Promote Levi’s® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
•
Efficient handling of all cash and Tailor Shop-related merchandise operations and procedures in compliance with store policy.
