About the role
We are looking for an analytical, product-focused professional to join our team as a Product & Integrations Intelligence Analyst, working alongside our Senior Product Manager.
The role will act as a bridge between the Business and Engineering teams, turning market intelligence, APIs, technical capabilities, and business requirements into clear and actionable product inputs.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
•
Monitor competitors across features, pricing, integrations, and product flows.
•
Research and assess APIs and integrations, including tax authorities, ERP systems, delivery platforms, loyalty providers, payment solutions, and other third-party services.
•
Identify and document technical capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and integration requirements.
•
Translate roadmap initiatives into clear use cases, specifications, and structured requirements.
•
Support product roadmap decisions with validated market insights and recommendations.
•
Create clear product documentation and development-ready inputs for Engineering teams.
•
Participate in roadmap discussions, product planning, and integration evaluation.
•
Identify new integration opportunities that can strengthen the product offering and customer experience.
Requirements
•
2+ years of experience in a Product, SaaS, Software, Business Analysis, or similar environment.
•
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
•
Ability to conduct market and competitive research and translate findings into actionable insights.
•
Good understanding of APIs and software integrations, including REST APIs, authentication flows, data exchange, and system dependencies.
