Promote innovation in delivery through automation, GenAI, and advanced analytics adoption to enhance delivery speed and client value realization
Build, coach, mentor and grow large multidisciplinary Oracle teams within the AC
Drive practice-wide goals for utilization, capability development, and professional certifications across both functional and technical tracks
Lead internal practice initiatives, including the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, thought leadership, and the industrialization of delivery processes
Foster a culture of inclusion, care, collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning
Identify and deploy resources to projects; ensure consistent day-to-day engagement and productivity
Forecast demand, manage delivery capacity, and enable efficiency through a balanced onshore–offshore model
Ensure strict adherence to the firm's quality standards, risk management protocols, and compliance requirements

As an EPM Director you will lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management client work, shaping budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions that help organizations improve financial planning and analysis processes. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development efforts, oversee multiple work streams, and inspire teams while upholding quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will assess client needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions, provide training and support, and use your leadership to cultivate opportunities for growth across engagements.

Leading Oracle enterprise performance management client engagements from strategy through implementation and ongoing support
•
Shaping budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions that align finance processes with business objectives

Driving business development efforts by identifying client needs, defining solution approaches, and advancing growth opportunities

Overseeing multiple project workstreams, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones across complex engagements
•
Developing executive-level client relationships and advising finance leaders on performance management priorities and transformation paths
•
Translating business process requirements into Oracle-based designs, configuration decisions, and integration approaches
•
Guiding teams in financial planning and analysis, operational performance management, and reporting optimization
•
Applying analytical thinking to evaluate current-state processes, diagnose gaps, and develop practical improvement recommendations
•
Mentoring emerging leaders and promoting a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and knowledge sharing
•
Validating compliance with professional standards, independence requirements, and firm policies across client delivery activities
