The Role
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to join as a Vice President or Principal on a co-founder track. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to source, structure, and execute control investments in healthcare, and help build a differentiated buyout firm from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
•
Lead deal execution: financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and lender/investor coordination
•
Take ownership in setting up capital stacks: equity sizing, debt terms, and independent sponsor modeling
•
Interface with founders and management teams; attend board meetings and drive value-creation plans
•
Use AI, automation, and no-code tools to analyze targets, optimize workflows, and improve portfolio company performance
•
Build repeatable investment playbooks and sourcing strategies alongside the founder
•
Help shape the culture and trajectory of a next-generation healthcare buyout platform
What We’re Looking For
•
4+ years in a top-tier healthcare private equity firm in the U.S.
•

What We Offer
Title: VP or Principal (depending on experience)
Compensation:
•
Total Cash: $200K–$300K (base + bonus)
•
Carry Participation: Up to 10% of promote in deals led or materially executed
