Job Responsibilities:
About the Role
We are searching for an experienced OT Specialist (m/f/x) to join our Group Operational Technology team, with a primary focus on robot and collaborative robot (cobot) applications across Magna Seating Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced manufacturing solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and help define the future of automation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
•
Collaborate with Magna Seating Europe teams to develop technical specifications and standards for new production equipment and automation solutions
•
Lead and support projects with a strong focus on robotic and cobot-based applications
•
Act as a technical interface between local manufacturing teams, machine builders, suppliers, and cross-functional departments
•
Provide expert technical consultation, knowledge sharing, and training to local engineering and operations teams
•
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical standards and guidelines as a member of the Group OT Europe team
•
Develop innovative and practical technical solutions for a wide range of manufacturing and automation challenges
•
Provide technical leadership throughout the equipment development and implementation lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions
•
Support commissioning, validation, and deployment activities when required
•
Promote standardization and scalability of automation solutions across Magna Seating Europe
What We Are Looking For
