Skilled in benefits process design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of program administration, Strong analytical skills to assess and improve benefits program performance and outcomes. Expertise in vendor management, encompassing performance monitoring, invoice and payment management, issue resolution, relationship management, and service review and improvement.
The Global Reward Operations (GRO) team supports various benefit processes (e.g., product allowance, car allowance, health insurance) for European markets. The Junior Manager will define, document, and improve both online and offline benefit processes and ensure a successful annual benefit enrollment for the entire European population. The role aims to scope out, document, and enhance the respective processes across Europe, reviewing and updating procedures in accordance with new legislation and regulatory requirements.
