**Intern Human Resources
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd.**Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
•
Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.
•
Reviewing candidates’ profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
•
Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.
•
Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.
•
Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
•
Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
•
Assisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
•
Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
•
Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.

Supporting in office management tasks.
