Description and Requirements
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Mining Engineer to join our Data Intelligence team. This role will focus on building scalable data solutions, transforming business requirements into analytical models, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, business intelligence, and database design, with the ability to work across business and technical teams to build sustainable data capabilities.

Data Analytics & Insights
?Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
?Deliver actionable insights through data exploration, statistical analysis, and visualization.
?Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
Data Modeling & Database Development
?Design and maintain scalable data models and database structures.
?Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing logic.
?Support data integration, transformation, and quality improvement initiatives.
?Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of enterprise data assets.
Business Intelligence & Visualization
?Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
?Build semantic models and optimize reporting performance.
?Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Data Automation & Innovation
?Automate recurring reporting and analysis processes.
?Explore and implement modern analytics technologies and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and business value.
?Support data platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Education
?Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
?3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
?Proven experience working with large-scale structured datasets.
?Experience supporting business stakeholders through data-driven solutions.
Technical Skills
?Advanced SQL programming and performance optimization.
?Strong database design and data modeling skills.
?Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
?Experience with ETL, data transformation, and data integration processes.
?Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
?Experience with Python is preferred.
Nice to have
Preferred Qualifications
?Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
?Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
?Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agent-based solutions.
?Experience building analytics automation or self-service BI capabilities.
?Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
