Responsibilities
•
Install, configure, administer, and support IBM MQ environments, including Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Clustering, and Security.
•
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MQ infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise messaging solutions.
•
Manage MQ upgrades, patching, capacity planning, security compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
•
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
•
Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
•
Drive platform improvements, operational excellence, documentation, and modernization initiatives.
•
Good to have experience administering Microsoft BizTalk Server, including applications, receive locations, send ports, orchestrations, pipelines, and host instances.

5–10 years of hands-on experience in IBM MQ administration and support within enterprise environments.
