About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Format/Milling for our Byhalia, MS location. The position is 6:00PM-6:30AM, with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

What you bring:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience in machine set-up and computers

What you will be doing:
· Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains all machines including but not limited to sanding, shaping, and cutting.
· Visual inspection of raw materials as entering the area and verification of quality leaving the area.
· Utilizes all measurements tools to verify all production is in specification. Including but not limited to tape measures, gauge blocks, calipers, and micrometers.
· Cooperation and supervision of the proper operation of the fleece applying device with all machines and cooperating installations jobs.
· Physical Work Environment & Conditions
· Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors for 12 or more hours during the course of a day.
