About the role
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to support ElevenLabs’ offline media and strategic marketing bets: from OOH billboards to niche sponsorships and experimental brand campaigns. You’ll build the frameworks that tell us whether a channel with no click to track is actually working, partnering closely with Marketing and the Growth Data team.
•
Design and run measurement for offline / out-of-home campaigns: geo holdout tests, matched-market tests, media mix modelling and incrementality studies.
•
Partner directly with Marketing leadership on which niche channels, markets or formats to test next, and size the bet.
•
Build models that combine offline spend data with digital and product signals into one coherent view of marketing effectiveness.
•
Work alongside the Growth Data team’s digital marketing data scientists to keep offline and online measurement consistent.

Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in CET / ET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin or New York.
