Job Summary
A Calibration Technician is responsible for the calibration, routine inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of instruments,
meters, gauges and other testing and measuring equipment. The Calibration Technician ensures they are calibrated correctly and
provide accurate measurements. Provides support to the engineering and manufacturing functions as it relates to calibration.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform internal calibration of equipment in accordance with the quality system requirements, that demonstrates products
manufactured by Nordson EFD meet the requirements of end users and the company.
· Coordinate external calibration of equipment in accordance with the quality system requirements, that demonstrates
products manufactured by Nordson EFD meet the requirements of end users and the company.
· Maintain the calibration system in accordance to the established frequency.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance.
· Maintain calibration equipment and supplies.
· Ensure equipment is safe for operation and suggest upgrades when appropriate.
· Backup incoming inspection as needed.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
