As Sagetap’s Operations Associate, you’ll be the first hire into a brand-new Operations function, reporting directly to our leadership team. You’ll own the execution layer across people operations, hiring, compliance, IT/equipment, legal administration, and culture.
We’re a small team, so nothing here is theoretical. In your first six months you’ll run onboarding for several new hires, coordinate a company on-site, help stand up our SOC 2 program, and build the systems that let a 20-person company operate like a much larger one. Partnering directly with the leadership team, you’ll develop an understanding of how the whole business fits together.
This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role. Much of the work is coordination, paperwork, and follow-through, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in that craft. At our size, reliable execution is what keeps the company running. Where you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it; good ideas get adopted here on their merits.
