1)
Proof content development (end-market focus)
Produce local proof assets: customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and quantified proof points.
Maintain a proof pipeline aligned to regional product, technology, and end-market priorities.
Coordinate stakeholder interviews (sales, partners, customers), gather data, and convert inputs into publishable content.
Create product communication packages for regional release needs, including:
“What’s new / why it matters” messaging
Spotlights, feature-benefit proof points, and application relevance
Sales-ready summaries and talk tracks for partner and internal use
Partner with Product Management to validate technical accuracy and positioning.
3)
Localization and compliance discipline
Own regional localization management: adaptation and translation coordination for Indian and Southeast Asian languages
Maintain an approved claims/terminology register and ensure all translations align with legally approved language.
Implement QA workflows for accuracy, tone, formatting, and compliance across all deliverables.
4)
Campaign content bundling and channel readiness
Build complete campaign content bundles aligned to campaign briefs and event needs, including:
Web copy/landing page copy, email copy, social copy, ads copy, key visuals briefs
Sales enablement assets (one-pagers, pitch slides, proof packs)
Ensure assets are delivered in channel-ready formats with correct metadata, naming conventions, and version control.
5)
Agency coordination and content performance iteration
Coordinate with the digital agency on content-related scope and delivery:
Provide content briefs, timelines, and acceptance criteria
Review and QA content implementation (web pages, emails, ads) before launch
Provide content iteration requests based on performance data and feedback
