We are seeking a skilled and proactive SHE Manager I to join our team, dedicated to driving automation, enhanced data tracking, actionable insights, and continuous improvements across our operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and sustainability reporting, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and responsible business practices. This role requires a strong familiarity with software solutions and data analytics, enabling the delivery of robust, data-driven recommendations and improvements.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Design, implement, and maintain automated systems to streamline data collection, tracking, and reporting processes.

Support SHE and sustainability teams by developing and enhancing reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights. Heavy focus on leading indicators to drive world class performance.

Analyze operational, SHE, and sustainability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored automation and analytics solutions.
•
Develop and document processes, standards, and best practices for data management and automation.
•
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend technical enhancements to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, analytics, and sustainability reporting to drive innovation and efficiency.

Train and support team members in utilizing data tools and automated systems effectively.
