Your Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
•
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
•
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
•
Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
•
Good command of English (B2 level);
•
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus;
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
•
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
•
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software;
•
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
