Job Description
What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and pre-onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and develop practical hiring strategies.
Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, events, and selected agency partnerships.
