Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of PM processes and proven experience supporting or implementing SAP solutions within the Mining or Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead or support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities in SAP PM across ECC and S/4HANA systems.
•
Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design effective SAP PM solutions.
•
Configure SAP PM modules including equipment management, work order management, breakdown & preventive maintenance, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and refurbishment.
•
Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO, PS, PP, and EAM.
•
Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
•
Work closely with business stakeholders in Mining/Oil & Gas to optimize asset management and maintenance processes.
•
Troubleshoot complex issues, provide production support, and propose system improvements or innovations.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in S/4HANA transformation or brownfield/greenfield implementation projects.
