About the role
HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital - Decatur is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. Therapist would help with both inpatient and outpatient therapy services (based on therapist interest, experience, and skill set).
Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven individuals who are responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services and who serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional advancement. PT will also perform other professional duties associated with the care of patient, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams.

oDepartment: Rehab, Inpatient/Outpatient
o Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
o Schedule: PRN - 8-hour shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm
o Facility: St. Mary’s Hospital
o Clinic Location: Decatur, IL

Education Qualifications
Requirements
•
Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).
Experience Qualifications
•
Years of Experience (2+)
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
•
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
•
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
•
Board Certification (e.g., CHT, OCS, etc.) which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification (Preferred).
